What are some scam lines to look out for?

Any employer or recruiter that answers all your worries with “don’t worry, it’s going to be okay.”  Also, when talking about salary, don’t trust any figure that’s converted for you in U.S. dollars since they’re most likely rounding those numbers up. Rather, ask how much won you will be getting and do the math yourself (there are many currency converter tools on the internet).

Watch out for schools that say they have to ‘hold on’ to your passport and original diploma. They don’t. Never let anybody have those two VALUABLE documents unless they work for the immigration department. Give the school color photo copies if they want something to hold onto.
