Many school contracts offer accommodations (flight, housing, insurance, and etc.). Do you as a job seeker look for these types of benefits, or is the location, salary, or reputation of the school more important to you as a deciding factor?

Reputation. Schools that have a bad rep are likely to screw you over and not give you the benefits that they promised. So it doesn’t hurt to do some research about the school before you sign a contract.
